SERVICE TERMS
Clear terms for a focused service.
These terms apply to the £49 Findability Snapshot sold by FindSignal to customers purchasing for business purposes.
What the service includes
We review the website, local search presence, trust signals and booking or enquiry journey identified in your brief. We provide a concise report containing evidence, three prioritised opportunities and a practical action roadmap. The Snapshot is advisory: it does not include implementation, ongoing monitoring or a guarantee of rankings, enquiries or revenue.
Price and payment
The price is £49, charged once through Stripe. There is no subscription. Any applicable tax treatment is shown at checkout. Work begins after cleared payment and receipt of a sufficiently complete client brief.
Delivery
We normally deliver within three working days after receiving a complete brief. If information is missing, unusually complex research is required or circumstances outside our reasonable control cause a delay, we will contact you and agree a revised date.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information and have authority to ask us to review the supplied website and public business presence. Do not submit patient information, medical records, passwords or other sensitive personal data.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request a full refund before research begins. Once work has started, refunds are assessed fairly according to the work completed. If we cannot provide the service, we will refund the amount paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Use of the report
The report is prepared for the purchasing business using information available at the time. Decisions and implementation remain your responsibility. Third-party platforms, search results and websites can change after the review.
Liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindSignal is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or decisions made solely from the report. Our total liability relating to a Snapshot will not exceed the fee paid, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Contact and governing law
Questions or complaints can be sent to lewis@findsignal.com or FindSignal, 33 Sandhaven Gardens, East Kilbride, G75 9PJ, Scotland. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
PRIVACY NOTICE
How we use your information.

We collect the contact and business information you submit, including your name, business email, website, location, commercial goals and service context. Why we use it
We use this information to administer payment, prepare and deliver the Snapshot, communicate about the service, maintain accurate business records, prevent misuse and deal with questions or disputes. Who receives it
Information may be processed by trusted providers used for payments, hosting, secure data storage, communications and report preparation. This includes Stripe for checkout. We only share what is reasonably necessary, and we do not sell personal information.
International processing and retention
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards for those transfers. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, meet legal and accounting duties, and resolve disputes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information, or object to certain uses. Contact lewis@findsignal.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
